73,375 Martyrs and 174,220 Injured Since the Start of the Genocidal War on the Gaza Strip

GAZA, August 3, 2026 — Medical sources announced today, Monday, that the death toll from the Israeli occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 73,375 martyrs and 174,220 injured since October 7, 2023.

The sources explained that hospitals in the Strip received 19 martyrs and 35 injured individuals over the past 24 hours.

They further noted that the total number of martyrs since the cease-fire on October 11 has risen to 1,250, with injuries reaching 4,110, while the total number of recovered bodies stands at 804. The sources highlighted that a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and rescue crews are unable to reach them.
