73,910 martyrs and 174,935 injuries since the start of the aggression on the Gaza Strip.
Gaza, Sept 20, 2026 – Medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced today, Sunday, that the death toll has risen to 73,910 martyrs and 174,935 injuries since the start of the aggression on the Gaza Strip.
The sources added that over the past 24 hours, Gaza Strip hospitals received 3 new martyrs and 21 injuries.
Since the ceasefire on October 11, the total number of martyrs has reached 1,393, with total injuries standing at 4,822, while the total number of bodies recovered from under the rubble reached 831.
Medical sources indicated that a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and rescue crews are still unable to reach them.
