Death Toll in Gaza Strip Rises to 74,018, with 175,079 Injured Since the Start of the Aggression

GAZA, September 27, 2026 – The death toll from the war of genocide waged by the Israeli occupation forces on the Gaza Strip has risen to 74,018 martyrs and 175,079 injured since October 7, 2023.

Medical sources reported that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received two martyrs and 11 injuries over the past 48 hours.

The sources indicated that the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire took effect on October 11 has risen to 1,417, and injuries to 4,964, while the total number of recovered bodies reached 834. They noted that a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, as ambulance and rescue crews are unable to reach them.
