The death toll from the aggression on Gaza has risen to 74,032 martyrs and 175,142 injuries.

Gaza, September 30, 2026 – The death toll since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 74,032, while the total number of injuries has reached 175,142.

Medical sources reported that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 9 martyrs over the past 24 hours—including 8 new martyrs and a female martyr who succumbed to her wounds—along with 31 injuries, as a result of the Israeli aggression.

The sources explained that the death toll since the ceasefire on October 11, 2025, has reached 1,431, while the number of injuries reached 5,026, in addition to the recovery of the bodies of 834 martyrs.

Israeli occupation forces continue their aggression on the Gaza Strip, amid the ongoing loss of lives and injuries, and the worsening humanitarian conditions in the Strip.
